What payment methods are available?
Online
Make online payments using eServices.

Post Billpay: Visit Post Billpay or call 131 816 and have your notice on hand.
BPay: Contact your participating bank, credit union, or building society and quote the biller code and the BPay reference number printed on your notice.
Send the payment slip or notice along with your cheque or money order to:
Manager Finance, City of Ballarat, PO Box 125, Ballarat Vic 3353.
You will not receive a receipt for payment by mail.
In person
Visit our Customer Service Centre to make payment by:
- cash
- cheque
- money order
- EFTPOS
- visa
- mastercard
We will issue you a receipt upon payment.
